Wall Wrapped Sliding Bearing

Material Composition:
PTFE/Pb mixture, provides an excellent initial transfer film, which effectively coats the mating surface of the bearing assembly, forming an oxide type solid lubricant film.
Sintered bronze powder, provides Max. thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface, also serves as a reservoir for the PTFE-lead mixture.
Low-carbon steel, gives exceptionally high load carrying capacity, excellent heat dissipation.
Tin-plating or copper-plating, provides good corrosion resistance.

Description:
It is low friction coefficient and has good performance in anti-wear, anti-corrosion and can be used without oil lubrication.
It is of low cost, compact, anti shaft seizing and low noise.

Widely applied in various sliding position of different kind of machines, such as textile machines, lift, tobacco machines, fitness equipment, hydraulic vehicles, automobiles, agriculture and forest machines.
